Contact

1. Call 411 Intervention or contact us through email. Once initial contact is made our specialists can work directly with the family and friends to figure out what will be the best course of action.

2. Arrange a meeting time and place with the intervention specialist before the intervention occurs so that all questions can be answered and plans ironed out. During this meeting the intervention process will be planned from start to finish so that there is nothing to worry about while it is being carried out. The interventionist will also ask questions to help troubleshoot the intervention.

3. Perform the intervention in a safe, non-threatening environment. 411 Intervention believes that it is essential to conduct any intervention in such a way that the addict or alcoholic can feel as comfortable as possible and take in the thoughts and feelings of his/her loved ones.

4. Transport individual to treatment program or recovery center. The intervention specialist that has worked with the family throughout the intervention will assist in transport, detox and the initial treatment process.

5. Once substance abuse treatment has started the intervention specialist will act as the messenger between the individual and the family. If necessary the specialist can also help make post-treatment arrangements for situations such as sober living
environments and finding local support systems.
